We keep your contact submission only as long as we have a legitimate business reason to do so — typically the duration of our outreach and any resulting engagement. If you do not respond to our follow-up, or if the conversation does not lead to an engagement, we will delete or de-identify the submission within a reasonable period, generally within twenty-four (24) months.
